    The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) will release a new edition of its landmark Guidance Document, which will be published under the new name “GFSI Benchmarking Requirements." GFSI is committed to providing continuous improvement in food safety management systems and carries out relevant updates every four years to meet new food industry and safety challenges.

    [Press Release] BEIJING, 3 November 2015 – Today over 400 top food safety executives from China and the rest of the world are gathered in Beijing for the 4th annual GFSI Focus Day China. One month after China’s new food safety law has come into effect, delegates are attending this event to find out how they can leverage GFSI to meet the challenge of food safety in food operations throughout China.
