    世界食品安全イニシアチブ(GFSI)は、2018年3月5日(月)から8日(木)の4日間、グランドニッコー台場 東京(東京都港区)にて年次会議「世界食品安全会議2018 (www.tcgffoodsafety.com/ja/)」を開催します。2000年に設立されたGFSIは、世界中の消費者に安全な食品を届ける上で確かな信頼を築くため、食品安全マネジメントシステムの継続的改善を推進することをミッションに掲げ、世界的な活動を行っています。当日は、世界をリードする食品会社の代表者たちが一堂に集まり、業界の課題について考察します。日本で初めての開催となる今回は“いつでもどこでも安全な食を”(Safe food for consumers everywhere)をテーマに、参加者にとって有益な見識を提供すべく、より実践的なアプローチを図ります。

  • GFSI and DGN Establish the First Mexican Voluntary Norm on Food Safety

    The Mexican Federation Official Journal (Diario Oficial de la Federación) published the first voluntary norm on food safety for Mexico on 5th July 2018, after a public consultation during the spring of 2018. The norm is the result of a project during an 18-month collaboration between the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the Mexico Ministry of Economy, General Direction of Standards (Dirección General de Normas - DGN).
