La GFSI es clave para la seguridad alimentaria en Japón según objetivo del año 2020 y más allá

El Grupo Local de Japón de la Iniciativa Global para la Seguridad Alimentaria (Global Food Safety Initiative, GFSI) se ha fijado a sí mismo un objetivo para el año 2020, cuando Tokio dará la bienvenida a miles de atletas y fans del deporte de todo el mundo, para que más de 6.000 plantas de elaboración de alimentos se certifiquen con un programa reconocido por la GFSI o para que se embarquen en un Programa de Mercados Globales de la GFSI, un camino hacia la certificación.

HOUSTON, 2 de marzo de 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- En una conferencia de prensa que se celebró esta semana en el marco de la Conferencia Mundial de Seguridad Alimentaria, se anunció una sociedad público-privada sin precedentes entre la Iniciativa Mundial de Seguridad Alimentaria (GFSI, por sus siglas en inglés) y el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria de México (SENASICA), la agencia gubernamental mexicana responsable de la seguridad de los productos agrícolas frescos y mínimamente procesados. Las dos entidades firmarán una carta de intención la semana próxima en la Ciudad de México para resaltar su compromiso con esta colaboración.
