Preparing for the Future of Food Safety: Highlights from the GFSI Conference 2019

 The 18th edition of the GFSI Conference drew to a close this afternoon, after four days packed with insights, productive conversations and opportunities to connect. The event attracted over 1000 delegates, who represented more than 60 countries and spanned the food industry, academia and the public sector, making it the largest event GFSI has ever held in Europe.
