Comparison of GFSI schemes with Codex

In our efforts to provide increased clarity on how the GFSI recognised schemes meet the requirements set out in the GFSI Guidance Document Version 5, a document has been developed to improve transparency in the GFSI Benchmarking Process. This document* shows a comparison across all of the schemes that have been recognised by GFSI so far, and also demonstrates how they meet the requirements set out in the Recommended International Code of Practice - General Principles of Food Hygiene established by Codex. This document will be updated as new schemes are recognised.
