GFSI 2018 Roundup Day 1: Sparking a Food Safety Revolution in Asia

2018 is a year of superlatives for the Global Food Safety Conference, which kicked off its 17th edition at the Grand Nikko Hotel Tokyo Daiba today. Some 1200 delegates from 52 countries passed through the registration desks this morning, comprising the highest attendance rate in the history of the event.
